Most products are printed in PLA+ or PETG filament depending on the item. Stronger or heat-resistant items may use PETG. Product pages note the specific material.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery is 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping anywhere in the USA. Orders under that threshold ship for a flat $5.99 fee.
Absolutely. We love custom requests. Use the Contact page to describe what you need. If it's technically feasible, we'll quote you a price and turnaround time.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us with photos and we'll make it right. Custom orders are final sale.
Standard PLA/PETG prints are not food-safe due to layer lines that can harbor bacteria. They are water-resistant but not fully waterproof for submersion. Contact us if you need a specific rating.
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available for large wholesale orders — contact us for details.
